We can provide business support for Leadership and Teambuilding in Product and Project Management.

We work with people from all level of organsisations from senior to junior level individuals to improve leadership and teamworking throughout the organisation via a program of training, mentoring and tools transfer. We provide a comprehensive model and strategy to develop an innovative environment, which encourages stakeholder participation at every level.

We also experienced in how to lead global project teams which for example span functions, space, time, organisations and cultures. Virtual Teams as they are called are increasingly the norm for New Product Development and Introduction

How we can help

We can help to improve teamworking and collaboration by helping to:

		diagnose team working problems by clarifying roles and responsibilities,
		diagnose virtual project team working by for example resolving cultural factors in working relationships
		develop product and project leadership skills.
		facilitating existing projects and teams
		mentoring Project Leaders

pdms uses a number of key principles and a toolset including tools such as RACI. We can adapt 'generic' best practices methods and tools into those best suited to a specific company, business unit, market or industry. to achieve success.

We can also provide a 1 or 1/2 day seminar or workshops to help with leadership and teamworking skills or we can work with Project Teams to diagnose problems, provide mentoring or to improve collaboration.
